Delores Hightower Moore is a native of Lake City, Florida. She is the fourth daughter of the Founder of the House of God Saints in Christ, the late Bishop Nick Hightower, Sr. and Annie Bell Hightower, she is the wife of Bishop Lorenzo Moore, Presiding Prelate of the House of God Saints in Christ. Bishop and First Lady Moore have been married for 50 years and celebrated their 50th Wedding Anniversary in December of 2012. They have two beautiful daughters, Settra Lynn Moore and Sandi Lavette Ford, one granddaughter Rickell Delores Ford and a Son-N-Law Rickey Eric Ford all of her children are avid workers in the ministry.​

First Lady Moore, as she is most faithfully called, has a powerful anointing in the Ministry of "Helps".

She seeks to provide spiritual aid and support to both men and women throughout the body of Christ.

The gift of helps became active in her life following a seven-year sickness. As a result, the motto

"Praise God for Victory" was birthed as a declaration of praise and triumph for her miraculous healing.

The motto echoes through the Mt. Moriah Church and became the title of the "Praise for Victory Radio Ministry".

First Lady Moore's commitment to helping others is evident through her lifestyle of SERVICE. As a result of her commitment and love for the church, she organized and developed the Women Ministry at the Mt. Moriah. Through this ministry, she has written the Victorious Women Creed to encourage women throughout the

body of Christ to live a Victorious Life. She is an exceptional teacher of the New Members Orientation Class of the church. First lady Moore also founded the HOGSIC Ministers and Deacon Wives Branch, to promote spiritual wisdom, unity, and fellowship​.

 

A devout Christian since early childhood, First Lady Moore has grown to be an anointed leader, teacher, encourager, and supporter in ministry. She frequently hosts intercessory prayers, corporate fasting,

retreats, and workshops to enhance the people of God to excel in their gifts and talents.

Above all her accomplishments, First Lady Moore considers supporting her husband in ministry her

primary purpose. She continues to intercede and support her husband as he carries the mantle as

the Pastor of Mt. Moriah and leader of the House of God Saints in Christ, Inc.
